By the end of the third year, students must have submitted a draft of their final thesis.

By the end of the third year, the Doctoral Programme Committee, having obtained the opinion of the advisor and co-advisor and verified that the required credits and scientific productivity requirements have been met, shall decide on the admission of the doctoral student to the review procedure and, on the recommendation of the advisor, shall identify two or more evaluators (“referees”). 

The composition of the Final Examination Committee is defined in Article 30 of the University Regulations, to which reference should be made.

The Executive Committee sends the referees' reports and the final version of the thesis to the Final Examination Committee. 

If one or more members of the Committee are unable to attend the final examination in person, the Committee meeting may be held via video conference.
